A whole week has passed AGAIN. But have been running again.......
Wednesday
Oh yes, had work in day then gym in evening then I know I went somewhere afterwards. God knows where- but meant only time to run was between work and work!! So left the car in Surby and ran to New Malden via nowhere nearby to make up 8 miles. supposed to be nice 9mm slow ones.
so.... 8 miles 1.11.32 8.56mm
1. 8.49
2. 8.55
3. 8.57
4. 8.58
5. 8.58
6. 8.59
7. 8.58
8. 8.55
so that was easy enough.
And that made 160 miles for Jan. NEver counted before but I am sure that will be my highest ever.
Thursday
Was on the late shift at work so mean could run at a decent hour. Was really nice outside so went off pootling down the towpath to Hampton Ct and back to Surby to pick up the car- 5 steady 8mm needed.
5 miles 39.22 7.52mm
1. 7.51
2. 7.54
3. 7.51
4. 7.51
5. 7.53
Remember that feeling quite a tough run- seem to have no probs with the distance its the pace that worries me. 26.2m at 8mm seems wayyyyyyyyyy impossible.
And got the rest of my car fixed- have wheels that work and steering that does what u tell it :o)
Friday
Rest day mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (apart from the spinning.......)
Saturday
Estate agent most of the day, 1 PT client late on who is training for Reading- will be her 1st half. She's doing our club 10k on Sun and I will whip her ass if she doesnt beat her 1k 1hr16PB. The had to run to Earlsfield where was going out with friends. Had a humungous rucksack on back of going out clothes boots and hair straighteners. Had to be a slow one thnank god but my left bum cheek was also well hurtin so just did wot I could without concentratin on speed too much. Really felt shins playin up but must have been the rucksack coz ok since.
5 miles 43.44 8.43mm (bit fast but ok)
1. 8.44
2. 8.48
3. 8.41
4. 8.41
5. 8.37
Then got full of yummy curry and a late one home.
Sunday
Pilates in t'mornin and then had this nasty long thing to run. Went straight down towpath turning round halfway- really nice day but was worried about bum cheek!!! Hurt till 3 miles then loosened a bit. Wore stupid sox tho and have blisters everywhere. Boo hoo. Run felt fine tho, quads started to hurt in last mile.
15.11 miles 2.13.42 8.51mm
1. 8.46
2. 8.53
3. 8.55
4. 8.53
5. 8.51
6. 8.54
7. 8.54
8. 9.00
9. 8.48
10. 8.49
11. 8.47
12. 8.50
13. 8.46
14. 8.41
15. 8.49
Miles 12-14 were all in the dark and light out on the garmin (useless thing) so had to guess the pace- not bad considering I'm usua;lly crap. Guess u settle into it after couple of hours eh??!!
Saw Steve in evening, civilised affair- checked out those pigs of mine...
Miles for the week- 44
Monday
Nice (ahem) recovery run after body pump. Quads hurtin a lot tho. Did it on the tready b4 startin work- left all the weights off the legs in pump and just used it as an upper body workout. slow 4 mile blast in 34.47, 8.42 pace. Had to get comments cards filled out in all our classes, some stupid big cheese idea. Got some reallllllllllly nice ones from my pilates class, made me feel good about it for once and not an inexperienced beginner. And has impressed the management somewhat :o)
Tuesday
Thats today yippee. God damn awful hill session. Mile warm up then 10 times up Corkran Road for those locals and down. Hill is 0.25m long and very steep. Thats 2 mins all out belting full pelt up the hill. And thats 5 MILES of VERY STEEP HILL. Awful awful awful. By far the worst run on the schedule so far. Would rather run 20 miles. Maybe i pushed too hard dont know. works out at 8mm up the hill. doesnt seem to fast but its bloody mountain like. My quads hurt a lot now ( tho have got better tonight as eaten a lot today- might have helped) Felt really terrible afterwards, light headed/sick/flu-like/temperaturey nearly phoned in sick to work!!!! Pilates helped a bit but just wanted to lie down!! Me and hills don't get on. Was going to give up after 3 or 4 so at least v pleased with self for carrying on. And have had band camp tonight lol- have a concert on Sat night (and have got stitched up with whole weekend on at gym... boo hoo)
So thats that up to date then.....
Tomorrow is the hideous handicap. Have to run it coz need the confidence back after last months disaster. Not sure my quads will thank me 4 it tho.... and yes, I will have 2 easy days to make up for the 2 hard ones. Well, 3 actually b4 the 18m on Sun.....

Oh my god where have I been???
Can't believe its been a week- I have been running honestly. Have to go back a while then------
Wednesday
This is so far back can hardly remember. It was bloody freezing I know that much so went and ran 8 slow miles at 9mm (1% incline) on the tready. It was fekkin borin and took forever, but was like ice outside think it must have been the day of the snow. So 8 dull miles banked in 72 mins. Yawn. Had some peeps over for dinner later, late night.
Thursday
God it was awful. Took day off as was in a real cba mood, really down and crying at fresh air. Spent day trying to sort car battery. Nightmare going between Kingston & Epsom Vauxhall dealers a million times- took all day as both places deciding diff things wrong with said battery- then Kingston didnt even have a fekkin battery. Cried in both Vauxhall places they must have thought I was insane. Long and short is radio kept singing to itself when I not in car and its been draining battery. So a new one is on order. I also have a new battery. Now just tracking and a wheel to sort......
Oh and running, errrr 1m jog, 3 miles at 7.40 then another mile jog to cool down- again in gym, I was already there, and still cold.....
Friday
Scheduled rest day which it was apart from bit of spinning...... its a long work day tho a Fri.... and cba still hanging around
Saturday
Threw another cba from estate agents halfway through day and went off to gym for a session. 5 miles at 8.57 (incline again) - 44.46 nice and easy and a few weights. Made self look as beautiful as poss (yes, it took hours) as had a black tie ball gig thing in the evening at Eltham College. Burns night so were doubled as a Ceidlidh band and got everyone doing barn dancing for 1st half of evening. Ended up texting then calling guy from wk on way home (about 2am) and agreed to go to his for glass of wine Got there about 3am and seemed to wake up there following morning. Oops. And I had to work early....
Sunday
Was obviously knackered after about an hours sleep. Big oops. Schedule said to race today but there wasnt one anywhere and Iw as at work anyway so did it on the tready for a bit of confidence as it could pace me. After last months handicap I just needed that. Anyway, 5 miles done in 35.33 (7.06mm) I was delighted with that as sensibly started at 7.13 pace and got quicker- I really am getting sensible in old age. Has really upped my confidence. A lot. I know its not quick, but will do for me,, was sposed to do it in 35, so not far off.....
Miles for week- 33.5 (seems measly but no long run I guess.....its back to 40 next week)
Monday
Body pump then a nice easy 4 mile recovery run at 8.57. (35.47) Never feels so much like a recovery after pump tho....... Really enjoying my monday pilates group as well, they are lovely. Taking on a new lot at Topnotch on a Thurs now as well which is nice, prob some of the same crew.
Pump teacher this morning said i looked like had lost 'shitloads' of weight and was I ok. (she knows about my mental tendencies) Unlike her to mention anything, and she is actually the 5th person this week to say something in the gym, and some of these people have been people I hardly even know. Scales saying bugger all as usual, but perhaps I am getting smaller. Thank feck for that.
Tuesday
Oh is that today- thank god 4 that. Ran at silly o clock this morning, 1m jog, 5 m fartlek (felt well stupid, but ran lots of speeds between 6mm and 930mm pace) in 40 mins so ave of 8mm then 1m jog. Stretched out in pilates not taught by me and she is excellent, I knick loads of ideas from her. Bit of selling houses, then back to gym, spinning and orchestra tonight. Phew. Can I go to bed now???!!!!

bit cold out there
Monday
Mondays are working in gym days which are nice. Had a very good appraisal with my fitness manager, a very full pilates class and couple nice PT clients. Ran 4 miles on treadmill at 8.41 pace, supposed recovery run but felt absolutely nothing like. Was really hard and horrible- had just done body pump 1st so that might have made a difference I suppose. No news to report, everything is just v boring at the mo- lifes just plodding along aimlessly. No weight loss either. And its not for lack of trying.
Tuesday
Nasty speed session needed. No way was i doing it outside. Supposed to do 800m repeats at 7mm, went a touch faster...
1m jog
3 x 800m at 6.58mm
1 x 800m at 6.53mm
1 x 800m at 6.49mm
1 x 800m at 6.29mm (200m recovery jog in between each)
1m jog
Stretched out in a pilates course not taught by me which was nice- have also managed to sneak in a spinning class for some new ideas, but made no effort and kept resistance right off- how good am i??!! something I could neer have done a while ago, but want to save the legs. getting a bit of grief from the knee, and i definitely felt tingling in the shins at end of todays run, but seems to have calmed again now, will see what happens tomorrow. Have also played at a bit of estate agency, really not enjoying that at the mo, and been to orchestra tonight. So its been a bit of a manic one. Might try get an earlyish night :o)

Where's the weekend gone??
Friday
Scheduled rest day, long day of 8am-9.30pm at work, only exercise was a spinning class taught by moi so not all out. Popped in to see Womble on way home and then reasonably early night.
Saturday
Most of day at gym was spent preparing the place for party at the club in evening, involved shiftin about 20 treadys, 20 x trainers, bikes and rowers. What fun. Back hurts. Party was nice but I was just way too tired to stay to the end and after having been in the gym for 17 hours went home to my nice bed to sleep there (had intended to sleep at club as workin in mornin) Managed a 5 mile easy plod on my break- ran outside and typically starting belting down with rain a mile in. Was nice tho and felt easy
5m 44.40 8.56mm
1. 8.53
2. 8.59
3. 9.04
4. 8.41 (oops- downhill tho....traps lane, big one from the park in NM)
5. 8.59
Sunday
Getting up for work this morning was impossible. Had to clear up the whole damn place which was a sticky mess of beer and move all gym equipment back. All staff were in tho (hungover)so didnt take too long. Nice new PT client today, is so much easier when they are really nice, and this guy is really keen. Got sent home by manager at 3 as looked like was going to collapse thru exhaustion, fell asleep in car on way home and crashed it. Oops. Massive puncture and spare wheel was already on car from previous puncture week before, steering and tracking all to pot and its dented. Big oops. Nice job for tomorrow sorting out that one- undriveable.
Came home, ate and went to bed. Knew I had to run so got Steve to do some of it with me. (miles 3-8) Thought it was supposed to be 9mm as always but in fact should have been 8.50- oops. Could have easily gone quicker tho and was knackered. So its ok. And miles done.

Weds & Thurs
Wednesday
Usual work bollox, and turned alarm off AGAIN this morning- really must stop doing that. Went to club this evening with hope of keeping it at a semi-easy pace. Good news was, everyone wanted an easy one. I being a princess insisted on 7 miles and everyone was ok with that. Nice not flat route to Ladderstile and out at Kingston gate of the park and back up nasty hill. Good company tho :)
7.01 miles 58.48 8.23mm (was supposed to be 9mm tonight but fancied the company tbh)
1. 8.35
2. 8.30
3. 8.43
4. 8.27
5. 8.00
6. 8.34
7. 7.53
still felt very comfortable, so I was ok with fact it was too quick. Went home and was even a bit productive with coursework type things even tho we had a flatful of peeps.
Thursday
Really not much to say, everything feels a bit uneventful. Everyone has been extremely generous on my fundraising page (thats www.justgiving.com/heatherdoeslondon by the way....) with an extra special donation today. Really want to do it properly as the cause means a lot to me, feel a bit under pressure now tho!!
Did 4 steady miles today- did them on tready as no way was i going out in that today- its like Wizard of Oz out there. 4 miles at 8.00mm 31.57 1% incline which was fine. Sneaked a body pump class in as well, so I'm all buff :)
Have got in from work tonight and done a bit of mass cooking fest so many healthy things on fridge and freezer for the week & weekend. Yummy.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Ok, so i'm pretty tired tonight. I know, i know, lectures all round.
Yesterday amongst many hours work sneaked in a body pump class and ran my recovery 4 miles in 35 mins on the treadmill (well, 34.55 to be precise) Also made sure I really stretched myself out in the pilates class I taught in the evening.
Had a lovely lady come in for an induction on Monday, mid 50s probably, not overweight, BP fine, but just not exercised for years. Said she had been a member since April and had 4 inductions but never used the gym because she just felt overwhelmed. Tried once and couldnt make the bike work (you have to pedal on our ones before lights come on and u can press any buttons and as soon as u stop pedalling it turns off) There were then a lot of tears as she told me she had been sat outside for half an hour crying because she was too scared to come in. It was soooooooo sad, I just felt so sorry for her and realised just how hard some people find it to exercise in a place where everyone is pounding away on the treadmills. I asked her what she wanted from the place, honestly, and all she really wanted was to get a bit fitter- just to stay healthy, and to have a chat with some people. So we sat down with the class timetable for a longggggg time, had a long chat about things and chose which 3 she was going to go to. Told her not to go near a spinning or circuits class, but to start with 2 LBT classes and an aqua class where I know the people all chat a lot and where the teachers really talk to the class and are very bubbly/welcoming. She'll get to know people, and she really does want to get going with everything. It will be a great start for her, and she was delighted to know that she could now come in here and just walk straight theough the gym and just keep on going to the studio and changing rooms- just pretend its not even here for now. She might one day tackle the gym who knows- but now isn't the time. Also recommended she has a nice jacuzzi/sauna after the class so she associates it with good things in her mind. Tears had been replaced by a smile as she was leaving, and she looked really motivated and happy, it was lovely, and althoughI didn't show her how to do anything, was the best induction i've had for a while.
She came in today (Tues) for the aqua class and stayed for my abs class (only a quick 15min blast) and she loved it, she really looked happy, I really hope she gets into it.
So, Tuesday, estate agents to awful to mention, gym ok, also had orchestra rehearsal which was fine too. Triceps been aching all day- took weights up to 7.5kg each side yesterday, can feel it today. Had a run to do this morning too, yucky one...
1m jog
4 x 1m repeats @ 6.58mm (400m jog recovery between each)
1m jog
so thats another 7 miles banked, with 4 not very nice ones in there- wasn't as bad as I expected tho.
Unsure what to do with my Wednesday runs generally. Supposed to be 9mm most weeks, ranging from 7-11 miles. My normal group at the club tend to run 8-830, so I not sure whether to do the mileage but with the normal group I run with, so do it too quick, or to plod billynomates alone. Suggestions on a postcard....

Suggestions on a postcard....

Weekends Running
So Friday is schedule rest day, which apart from the spinning class and the 14 hour day, it was. Saw friends on the way home but was really really tired, so had an early night.
Saturday at work was horrible. Really stressful. Started off with alarm not going off, or me turning it off coz i was knackered. So was bit late. Oops. 50 viewings later ended up walking out in a strop. What is expected of us really is unreasonable. No time for a piss and definitely no time to even think about food. How are we expected to be all salesy when feeling like that. Mental. Really was. But January always is. Thank god only had to do a short plod after work One of those 5 miles in 45 mins jobbies. Really damn windy out there still, couple of the miles were actually quite tough, didn't feel great tonight, probably as result of hard day and felt tired for last few. Bit wiped out. But...
5 miles 44.57 8.59mm
1. 8.55
2. 9.00
3. 8.59
4. 8.59
5. 8.59
Good enough......
Sunday had a slight lie in, and a lovely 11 miles down the river in late morning. Was absolutely gorgeous for running down there today, bit cold, but not too much- had T shirt on and it was perfect. Sun out, lots of people down there. Really enjoyed it with the IPlod. However was battling with the body a bit which was insisting it wanted to run at 8.30 pace, thats really where I am most comfortable doing long runs, especially at these shorter distances, but I really must learn to trust the schedule thing as last year was such a disaster- getting to the start line would help.
So, very enjoyable, tho very frustratingly slow, had to be 9.05 pace today and really really was hard to hold back to that, but almost managed, got close enough. Plan was 11 miles in 1.40 (9.05mm)
11 miles 1.39.32 9.03mm
1. 8.55
2. 9.01
3. 9.02
4. 9.03
5. 9.04
6. 9.02
7. 9.04
8. 9.04
9. 9.04
10. 9.02
11. 9.04
Happy with how easy it felt anyways. Saw couple of lovely friends this arvo, had nice curry with Steve tonight- am about to burst, followed by couple of episodes of friends. Nice evening. Shame tomorrow is back to reality- 13 days till I next have a day off, looks like I'm working over 80 hours this week, hmmm that will be nice. When am I supposed to do this training exactly???

Catch up.....
I have been running, honest. Have been ill this week, so time at home has mainly been spent asleep, but here I am....
Monday
Work (gym) was surprisingly calm, not too many inductions, taught a couple of classes including a new pilates one- had been nagging a lot of the members to come, and couldn't believe it- everyone who had promised they would come actually came!!! 18 in the class, which is too many for a pilates one really but didn't want to turn anyone away- complete mix of abilities, slightly awkward that 13 of them hadn't done it before, nearly all of our pilates and yoga classes are early evening, and this was the late crew, so was new to them. Everyone ok tho, always a bit hard with the Koreans who don't speak any English (and that's about 70% of them, honestly...) but everyone seemed happy enough and promised to come back. Easy 4 mile run was done on the treadie- 4 miles 35 mins was the plan- did it in 34.46, 8.41mm, so that was fine. Also did body pump in the morning to pump some iron.
Tuesday
Pretty hard session in the morning-
1m jog
3 x 1.5M @ 7.20mm (800 recovery between each)
1m jog
not sure how fast 'jog' is. slow on the schedule is 9mm, so think 'jog' might be about 9.30?? thats a guess tho really- any suggestions?
Also did a pilates class afterwards to stretch a few things out.
Sold a couple flats in the afternoon, and was starting to feel well iffy by this point, but dragged butt to orchestra rehearsal in the evening. There's another girl playing oboe now too, but 3 flutes were missing, so it meant that I got to stand in there- might be a permanent move, its just so natural and effortless, could do with that at the mo.
Wednesday
Definitely ill, managed half a day at work then had to go home, tonsils like footballs and general real achiness all over/ temperature bla bla bla. Meant I missed the run. Not good news, but sensible I spose.
Thursday
Phew, back to today. Feeling bit better, did last nights run this morning (6m, 53 mins)
6 miles, 52.55 8.49mm.
Was done on treadmill so could hit stop if felt crap and coz its like Force 1567544 gale outside. Would have been completely erratic. Did it on 1% incline to try and make up for that.
Tried to take the spinning teaching easy, abs class was a good workout for myself!! Then ran this evening after work to get todays run in (yes, I know this is not ideal, and you are supposed to just let it go if u miss a session, but I honestly felt ok to double it today..)
1m jog
2 miles brisk @7.30mm
1m jog
Felt easy enough actually, so glad I have done them both. Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day, and wanted to keep it as that, tho am doing spinning a few times, but will just have to keep resistance down to a minimum....
So, feeling physically better, but still, well, depressed as f**k I guess is the description. Can't seem to snap out of it, but I seem to be still just going on... all just feels pointless and that i'm very just going through the motions, but hey ho, apparently it gets better. Sometime.

Long Run
Well, got all nicely stretched out at pilates this morning, I have to go back to teaching that tomorrow and have prepared nothing, oh dear.... had to do the horrible food shopping thing as well earlier and then suffered Villa being dumped out the FA cup by Man U in stoppage time this afternoon. Ouch, that really hurt.
Well, plan was 10 miles today at 9mm in 1.30. Went through New Malden, Worcester Park (very nasty hill on the high street) and North Cheam as it was lit and light has gone on the Garmin. Bit of rain, not too bad but felt the dodgy knee a fair bit, not good at this stage. Hip flexors a bit tight as well but feel ok now had a good stretch at home. Shouldn't really have run as am coming with down with what I'm sure will be flu, feeling achey and temp is sky high, might have to watch it tomorrow and see what happens....
Anyway
10 miles 1.26.56 8.59mm
1. 8.57
2. 8.59
3. 9.00
4. 8.58
5. 9.00
6. 9.01
7. 8.57
8. 9.01
9. 8.58
10. 8.59
Amazing what happens when u learn how to use a garmin.......pretty happy with that one

Quick update.....
OK, so felt too shit about anything to post before tonight. Worked all day Weds, went to club to run handicap- 3 mile all out thing. Ate properly, warmed up, and blew out, spectacularly. Ran 1st mile too fast (6.35), 2nd ok (7.12- into wind) but by then was puking/light headed/really not feeling at all good. Nice Cant pace anything and I still feel terrible abou t it. But apparently I just have to forget it and move on
Thursday and Bear tells me how to use a garmin to pace properly. Lap pace not average pace is a million times better and went out and paced a 5 slow miles run properly thank god. Feeling really really shit about me and the whole world as it is Can't handle bad running as well, anyway was supposed to be 45 mins for 5 miles- and ended up 44.59- not bad eh? Felt like I was walking almost a lot of the time, but hey must do as told...

So, was coming home from work at fucking 1130pm (don't ask.....) and the lovely car decides to get a puncture. As if I know how to change a wheel, am blonde. thank god when phoneing the lovely Steve asking him what to do with crap car he didnt like thought of damsel in distress so came to rescue me at midnight- crap spare was even flat so had to pump that up. Nightmare. Late to bed and up early for wk this morning. I'm knackered Work is reallllllllly stressful at the mo as well. Ho hum.
Today was a rest day (tho have worked 8-4 then 430-930 so doesnt feel like it.) 5 miles planned for tomorrow, slow again they must be. After a lovely day running, quite literally between house viewings. Oh joy.
I'm in a good mood, can u tell???!!!

Tuesday
Just a short post coz I'm knackered. Went back to estate agents today, January is highly stressful, and was as expected in there. A nightmare. Full on stress. worked there 8-2, then had a run, worked at gym 4-8- which is of course all back to back inductions at the mo when not teaching classes/PT ing, no time to have a bloody piss. Then had orchestra rehearsal at 8- so of course was late, but was ok. Knackered. And have to do club handicap tomorrow. And I'm trying so hard to not eat much, but I'm starving. all the time.
Anyway, run was supposed to be easy 4 miles in 35 mins. Was windy and horrible and I couldnt be bothered to get cold. So I ran in the gym as I was there already.
4m 34.46 8.41mm (cant set the treadie to dead on 8.45!!!)
1% incline naturellement.
Have to run the nasty club handicap tomorrow. Eurgh.

And so the Schedule starts.....
So its a new year, new start and all that bollocks. Last night was at a house party at Steve's mums with a few old uni friends, was nice, stayed 100% sober, am giving up alcohol full stop anyway. Really want to cut down on all the caffeine as well, and drop the sugar. That means less chocolate I suppose. I also need to lose weight for the marathon. Its really frustrating, I definitely am smaller, my clothes fit better, I can get in smaller ones, and I know I look smaller. But the scales never say any change. I know I know muscle weighs more, but it would be nice. Once in a while.
Anyway, marathon schedule starts today and I was supposed to be having a recovery run based on times and the garmin was damn well playing up. Really annoying, but at least I ran for the right time if nothing else.
Was supposed to be an easy 4 in 35 minutes. Plus am in unfamiliar territory which is never easy. But
4m 33.46 8.26mm (was supposed to be 8.45- not good start)
1. 8.43
2. 8.52
3. 7.55
4. 8.14
so pacing looks all over the place, was in fact pretty even, so garmin all wrong, I do in fact think latter 2 miles are probably more accurate, so I just need to learn to control it and hold it back when it feels easy. I'll learn. Has to be sharpish tho!!!
Anyway, back to crappy work tomorrow- both works. Then orchestra, only have 4 miles to do, so I'm sure I'll be able to squeeze them in somewhere.
Anyway, happy new year guys xx

Sunday so long one innit
OK, so Saturday I had a really hideous sports massage in the morning, apparently my calves were like 'war zones' ITB/quads and hip flexors not great either. Ow. Ow. A lot. Was at work in the afternoon and then was really nasty outside, I was going out in the evening and was feeling like crap, really down and having a serious case of CBA. So I didnt run. Bad. Lazy. But move on.
Sunday, New Years Eve, went over to ex OH and intended to do some of the run with him (he wont run 1o miles lol) after 2 hours of hysterical crying later, went out, had headache for 1st 5 from bawling eyes out but managed to keep it going anyway to do 10- was OK, bit windy but nice route to Kingston, down to Hampton Court down the towpath, up through Thames Ditton where I left him at Surbiton and went back up to Kingston and back on my own.
10.00m 1.23.41 8.22mm
1. 8.54 (and it actually was quicker than that- naughty, as garmin playing up, went past where I know was a mile at 0.9)
2. 8.10
3. 8.30
4. 8.23
5. 8.26
6. 8.26
7. 8.11
8. 8.01
9. 8.32
10. 8.06
All in all, a bit quick for what should be my slow one, but an OK run, and had company for 7 miles of it which was nice.
